I thought I’d share with you what I consider the perfect, simple, easy and thoughtful gift. I can’t tell you how often I’ve racked my brain for a little something to bring to a last minute dinner party and time and again, I have chosen these wonderful Reclaimed Apothecary Matchsticks designed by Jen Pearson. It’s literally my “go to” gift. Besides the obvious fabulousness you see below, I would like to add that not only is it reclaimed, but it’s supporting an individual artist. Objects have substance. I like their story, where they came from, how they came to me and where they are going. I like to see them on the shelves at Firefly when I am going about my work day. They make me happy.
